Why I Wrote The Axis of Healing.

Throughout my years in practice, I've encountered people searching for answers to health challenges that seem to have no clear explanation. They've tried different approaches. They've followed recommendations. They've done their best to take care of themselves. And yet, many still feel that something important is missing. I believe part of the problem is how we have learned to think about the human body. We divide health into categories. We focus on individual symptoms. We look at one system at a time. But the body doesn't work in isolation.

Our immune function, inflammatory responses, and other foundational processes are constantly interacting. What happens in one area can influence another.

When we only look at the pieces, we risk missing the connections.

That's why I developed the MILA framework and why it became central to The Axis of Healing.

I wanted to create something that would help people understand the relationships between their body's systems and recognize that persistent symptoms deserve thoughtful investigation.

This book isn't about promising a quick fix or suggesting that every health problem has one simple answer.

It's about giving people a different way to understand their health.

A map. A starting point. A framework for asking better questions and making more informed decisions.

My hope is that readers will begin to see their bodies not as a collection of problems to solve independently, but as interconnected systems that deserve to be understood together. Because when we change the questions we're asking, we may discover possibilities we hadn't considered before.

That is why I wrote The Axis of Healing.

And that is why sharing this message matters so much to me.
