Day 1: The Functional Exam
Your initial appointment is unlike a typical doctor’s visit — it’s an in-depth, whole-person evaluation that blends the best of Western medicine, chiropractic assessment, nutrition, acupuncture, and homeopathic insights.
Total Time: 75 minutes — 15 minutes with our Case Manager and 60 minutes with Dr. Thoma.

What to Expect:
Case Manager Consultation: You’ll meet with our Case Manager to review your intake forms, personal health history, and main concerns. This is where we learn your unique story and identify your “why” — the driving reason behind your visit.
Vitals & Initial Testing: We’ll record key vitals and perform a urinalysis to help establish your baseline.
Comprehensive Functional Exam: Dr. Thoma will then conduct a detailed medical and physical evaluation, including ENT, cardiovascular, neurological, orthopedic, and functional assessments (such as iridology, tongue, skin, and pulse analysis).
Imaging & Specialty Testing: If indicated, digital X-rays or additional evaluations may be ordered.
Following your exam, our team will meet to review your findings, determine any necessary lab work, and begin preparing your personalized Report of Findings for Day 2.
Day 2: Report of Findings & Care Plan
Your second visit is where clarity begins. During this appointment, Dr. Thoma and your Case Manager will sit down with you to review your results and outline a step-by-step plan to help you heal and thrive.
What’s Included:
Doctor Review: Dr. Thoma presents your major findings, explaining the connections between your test results, exam findings, and health goals.
Personalized Care Plan: Together with the Case Manager, you’ll receive a detailed plan that may include lifestyle recommendations, supplement support, and any additional testing or follow-up visits.
Next Steps: The Case Manager will help you schedule future appointments, order labs or supplements, and finalize payment details.
After your Report of Findings, we’ll provide you with the materials and guidance to begin your healing journey — and we’d love your feedback! You’ll receive a link to share your experience through our Google Reviews page.

Bring or send any relevant medical records, lab results, imaging, or genetic reports (we accept email, fax, or hard copy).
