Why Eat to Restore Is Not Another Diet Book

There is no shortage of diet advice.

Low-carb. Low-fat. Plant-based. Carnivore. Elimination protocols. Superfoods. Detoxes.

Most of them promise results. Many of them work temporarily. Few of them explain why they work — or why they stop working.

Eat to Restore was not written to add another plan to the pile. It was written to explain the biological system underneath chronic symptoms.

This book doesn’t begin with what to eliminate.
It begins with understanding what your body has been responding to.

Fatigue, inflammation, digestive issues, brain fog, autoimmune flares — these often arise when core systems are under prolonged stress. The mitochondrial, immune, and lymphatic systems are interconnected. When one is overwhelmed, the others compensate.

Most people are trying to change food without understanding what those systems are doing.

Restoration begins when the noise calms down — not when restriction increases.

That’s the difference.
