Program: The Legacy Clinic, a trade name of 307 Longevity PC, sends text messages to patients who agree to receive them.

Purpose: appointment confirmations and reminders, forms to complete, billing questions and care follow-up. You can reply, and clinic staff may answer your questions by text. We never send marketing by text.

Frequency: message frequency varies.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.

Privacy: text messages are not encrypted and could be read by someone else who has access to your phone or by your phone company. We keep clinical details such as diagnoses and test results out of texts and send them by secure link instead. You can ask us to stop texting you or to limit what we include at any time.
